  20. Installation
  21. ============
  22.     1) Create a directory for the InfoLink files:
  23.          MKDIR \INFOLINK
  24.  
  25.     2) Add the directory to your DOS path (see DOS manual):
  26.          PATH=C:\INFOLINK;%PATH%
  27.          placed in your \AUTOEXEC.BAT file after the last PATH command.
  28.  
  29.     3) Copy the InfoLink files into the directory (e.g. from drive A):
  30.          COPY A:*.* C:\INFOLINK
  31.  
  32.  
  33. Starting InfoLink
  34. =================
  35.     At the DOS prompt, type
  36.             I
  37.     and the Main page of InfoLink will appear, together with the
  38.     calendar for the current month.
  39.     Running the brief guide will give a summary of the keys and
  40.     functions available in InfoLink.
  41.     Read the manual, INFOLINK.DOC, for a detailed description of
  42.     InfoLink's features.
  43.  
  44.     To exit the program, press ESCape from the Main page.

  46. How To Register
  47. ===============
  48.         Please register your copy of InfoLink. In return you will
  49.         receive a registration license that will license your pagebases
  50.         and remove references to 'un-licensed' versions, a printed
  51.         manual, and news of low-cost updates. The licensing fee of £20
  52.         will enable the author to continue upgrading InfoLink and
  53.         suggestions for improvement from registered users are very
  54.         welcome.
